A Closing Statement from John Foley, Chair of Planning and Zoning

I’m proud of the steady, transparent, and fair approach we’ve taken on Easton’s Planning & Zoning Commission. As Chair, I’ve worked to keep our meetings focused on the regulations and on thoughtful, fact-based review of applications — not politics or personal agendas.

Public hearings are held where required by statute, and written public input is always accepted into the record. With an all-volunteer board, it’s important that our time remains dedicated to clear communication, fairness, and responsible decision-making.

I care deeply about this community. My goal is to continue serving with integrity, professionalism, and respect for every resident who calls Easton home.
